Project S-10 Revolution: Rear Suspension

Below are the CAD designs for the rear suspension on my Chevy S-10. I decided to go with a 3-link suspension. These are the lower trailing arms, which measure 50″ long and will connect the rear axle housing to the frame. When complete, this should allow for about 30″ travel.

Also pictured are the mounts to attach the arms to the chassis.

After these pieces are assembled, we will then design and fabricate the engine and bed cage. This will allow us to install the front and rear suspension components. This will make the S-10 a rolling chassis.
