HID Lights

Everyone who’s been off-roading at night knows that regardless of the vehicle, your stock lights just don’t cut it. Off-road lights can be the deciding factor in your night runs, whether it’s avoiding an obstacle or just enabling you to have more fun.

I recently installed a set of Hella Optilux 4″ HID lights on a customer’s/friend’s truck and boy am I impressed! Retailing at $125.99 each, initially I wasn’t too confident in the modestly priced Optilux’s capabilities. If you’ve ever shopped for HIDs, you know what I’m talking about. Most sell for over $500 each. How good can this HID be if it’s so cheap? Turns out, pretty darn good.

HID Lights

They have internal ballasts, solid housings, post mounts, and are extremely bright! They’re perfect for quads, dirt bikes, Jeeps, trucks, and any tight-fitting application. They’re a great accessory for your off-road bumper or light bar and the best part is: they’re affordable! Check them out!

  1. Good site! I truly love how it is easy on my eyes and the data are well written. I’m wondering how I could be notified whenever a new post has been made. I have subscribed to your feed which must do the trick! Have a nice day!

  2. Oddly enough this is one of my most popular videos, with over 10,000 hits and tons of copies! The highest form of flattery is immitation!
